Deleting your account
You can delete your Aice Club account at any time. This page explains how deletion works, what is deleted and which records are kept without being linked to you.
Deleting from the app
- Sign in to the Aice Club app with your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What happens next?
After your request you are signed out on every device. Within 30 days you can sign in to the app again and recover your account, which cancels the deletion. After that your account is anonymized and your upcoming bookings are cancelled.
Permanently deleted
- Your profile details: name, email, phone, username, photo, date of birth, gender and dominant hand
- Your linked Google and Apple accounts, sessions and device records
- Your notifications and notification preferences
- Your sport levels and Elo ratings
- Personal details and service locations in your coach profile
- Notes and review texts you wrote (the ratings you gave stay, for statistics)
- Your data export files
Kept without being linked to you
- Payment, receivable and accounting records — we are legally required to keep them
- Past bookings, match and tournament results — they are part of other players’ history
- Membership, lesson and package history — it is part of clubs’ and coaches’ records
Security and consent records are also kept for a period to meet legal obligations. For details see the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address on your account to support@aice.club. Once we have verified your identity we will delete the account for you.
