Deleting your account

You can delete your Aice Club account and the data attached to it at any time. This page explains how deletion works and what is removed.

Deleting from the app

  1. Sign in to the Aice Club app with your account.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens next?

After your request the account is suspended for 30 days and you are signed out on every device. You can recover it during that window simply by signing in again. At the end of 30 days your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

Data that is deleted

  • Your profile details (name, email, phone, date of birth, photo)
  • Your sport preferences and levels
  • Your booking, tournament and match history
  • Your club memberships and the records attached to them
  • Your notification and device identifiers

Records we are legally required to keep (invoices and payment records, for example) may be retained for the period the applicable legislation prescribes, and are deleted at the end of it. For details see the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address on your account to destek@aice.club. Once we have verified your identity we will delete the account for you.
