Processing, Storage and Deletion of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and the rules of good faith, for legitimate purposes and limited to the purpose for which it is processed, pursuant to the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law); the necessary measures are taken to keep it accurate and up to date.

Your personal data, kept with care for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose of processing, is deleted and destroyed at the end of that period. For log files, this period cannot be less than 1 year or more than 2 years.

Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and make the following requests regarding themselves:

To learn whether their personal data is processed.
To request information if their personal data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
To know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom their personal data is transferred.
To request the correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
To request the deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK.
To request that the operations carried out as a result of correction, deletion and destruction requests be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
To object to the emergence of a result against the person themselves through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems.
To request compensation for the damage in the event that they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.

In line with the legal rights set out above, you may contact the data controller at support@aice.club for your applications. As the data controller, we are obliged to conclude the requests in the application, depending on the nature of the request, as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. If your requests are not met, you reserve the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

The Aice Club app may store some personal data on your device in order to perform its function appropriately. This data is used to remember your app preferences, store your session information and provide a better user experience. All data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary.

Firebase Analytics: Firebase Analytics is used to analyze app usage and user behavior. It provides detailed information about user interactions and conversions.

Notification services

Firebase Cloud Messaging: Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to send push notifications. The device notification token is processed in order to deliver notifications.

Map services

OpenStreetMap: OpenStreetMap is an open-source map infrastructure. It works with anonymized location data.

Error tracking

Crashlytics: Firebase Crashlytics is used to detect app errors and improve performance. Device and error information is collected.
Sentry: Sentry is used to monitor app errors and resolve issues. Error reports and performance data are collected.

Consent and Effective Date

Sharing your personal data with the Aice Club app is entirely your choice. This Privacy Policy took effect on 7 July 2026 and is updated when necessary. You can always review its current version through the app.
