Your profile is published on the Aice Club discover screen and in the coach directory. Players filter by sport, city, experience and student rating to reach you.
Define your lesson packages
You set your own prices for private lessons, group lessons and packages. When a student buys a package, the remaining lesson count is deducted automatically.
Student and payment ledger
Charges and payments per student in one running account. You can see who owes how many lessons without keeping a notebook.
Calendar and availability
You share the hours you are free and lessons land in your calendar. Lesson times also show up on the student’s phone.
Earnings from the club
If you work with a club, your lesson fee and court rent agreement is recorded and what the club owes you is tracked in the same ledger.
Student reviews
Students who take lessons leave ratings and reviews. You can reply to them and let them build up as references on your profile.

- Is creating a coach profile free?
- Yes. Creating a coach profile on Aice Club is free and there is a permanent free plan. Install the app and complete “Create coach profile” from the profile screen.
- How do I create a coach profile?
- Install the Aice Club app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in, and open your coach profile from the profile section. Once you have entered your sport, city, experience and lesson fees, your profile becomes visible to players.
- Do I need to be attached to a club?
- No. Independent coaches can open a profile and manage their own students, lesson packages and payments. If you do have an agreement with a club, you can record that connection separately.
- How do I track my students’ payments?
- Each student’s charges and payments are kept in a single running account. Package sales, one-off lesson charges and the payments you collect all post to the same ledger, and the remaining balance shows in the student detail view.
- Which sports are supported?
- Tennis and padel. If you coach both, you can tick both on your profile.
- How do students find me?
- Players browse coaches by location, sport, experience and rating on the app’s discover screen. Players who express interest from your profile arrive as a notification, and you can share your profile link yourself as well.
