KVKK Clarification Text
Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as the data controller, Aice Club would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Aice Club app.

Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of membership and account management, the provision of reservation, tournament and event services, communication, improving service quality, ensuring security and fulfilling legal obligations; and, subject to your explicit consent, for information and promotional purposes.
Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: the establishment and performance of a contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.
Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically via the app, through your declarations and automatically during your use of the service.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes of processing, with service providers, business partners and legally authorized institutions and organizations. Transfer abroad is carried out within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK (an adequacy decision or explicit consent).
Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request its correction if incomplete/incorrect; request its deletion/destruction when the conditions are met; request that these operations be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and request compensation for any damage.
You may submit your applications to support@aice.club; your requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you reserve the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
