Is the club management software free?
The Aice Club club panel has a permanent free plan: you can use the court calendar, memberships and booking without paying. There is no setup fee and no contract requirement.
How do I add my club to Aice Club?
Choose “Start for free”, open your account in the club panel and enter your club name, city and sports. The setup wizard walks you through opening hours, courts, pricing and court access; publish when you are ready. Until the Aice Club team verifies your details, your club shows an “Unverified” badge. If you would like help with setup, leave your details and we will call you.
Can my existing member and booking records be imported?
Yes. Upload your member list from a spreadsheet as a CSV file in the panel: members who already have an account are added directly, the rest are invited. Dues and outstanding balances can be entered as opening balances.
Do our members have to install a separate app?
Members use the free Aice Club mobile app, which is live on the App Store and Google Play. Once your club goes live, your members find it in the app and start booking.
Are court booking and membership tracking in the same place?
Yes. The court calendar, memberships and dues, balances, tournament setup and coach earnings all live in the same panel, so you do not need separate accounting or booking software.
Is Aice Club only for tennis clubs?
It is built for tennis, padel and pickleball clubs. If your facility has courts for more than one sport, all of them are managed from the same panel.
Can it be used for sports facility management?
Yes. Court rental, member tracking, dues collection and receivables tracking cover the daily running of a racket sports facility. Club management runs from one panel, and multi-site operators manage each branch separately.
