- The Aice Club club panel has a permanent free plan: you can use the court calendar, memberships and booking without paying. There is no setup fee and no contract requirement.
- How do I add my club to Aice Club?
- Fill in the form on this page. The Aice Club team calls within two working days and sets things up with you, defining your courts, members and pricing on your behalf. There are no documents to upload and no approval step to wait through.
- Can my existing member and booking records be imported?
- Yes. You hand us your member list and court definitions during the setup call and we import them. Dues and outstanding balances from your spreadsheet can be entered as opening balances.
- Do our members have to install a separate app?
- Members use the free Aice Club mobile app, which is live on the App Store and Google Play. Once your club goes live, your members find it in the app and start booking.
- Are court booking and membership tracking in the same place?
- Yes. The court calendar, memberships and dues, balances, tournament setup and coach earnings all live in the same panel, so you do not need separate accounting or booking software.
- Is Aice Club only for tennis clubs?
- It is built for tennis and padel clubs. If your facility has courts for both, both are managed from the same panel.
- Can it be used for sports facility management?
