How do I book a court?

After joining a club, pick an available court and time from the club page and create your reservation. Reservation and cancellation rules vary according to each club's own policy.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Open the relevant reservation from the "My Reservations" page and cancel it. The cancellation window and monthly cancellation limit are subject to the club's policy.

How do I join tournaments?

From the Tournaments page under Discover, you can see the tournaments you can join and register for those with open registration.

How do I find a coach?

On the Discover screen, use the Coaches tab to search for a coach by city and sport, and request a lesson from their profile.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to request a code to your email and reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from Settings > Privacy. Deletion can be undone within a defined grace period.
