Explicit Consent Text

Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), I have been informed about the processing of my personal data through the KVKK Clarification Text prepared by Aice Club.

In this context, I give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to the following processing activities that can only be carried out subject to my explicit consent:

Commercial Electronic Messages and Information

Processing of my contact data (email, phone, push notification) for the purposes of campaigns, announcements, promotion and information, and the sending of commercial electronic messages to me.

Transfer Abroad

The transfer of my personal data abroad, within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK, through the infrastructure and service providers used to provide the service (hosting, analytics, notification and error-tracking services).

App Usage and Analytics Data

Processing of my app usage and analytics data through the relevant services (e.g. Firebase Analytics) for the purpose of improving the app experience.

I understand that this consent is entirely optional and that I may withdraw it at any time via support@aice.club or the app settings. Withdrawing my consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until the date of withdrawal.

Processing activities that do not require explicit consent are carried out as explained in the KVKK Clarification Text, based on the relevant legal grounds.
